Autoplug Inc. provides an online car rental platform connecting vehicle owners with travelers. By using the Services, you agree to comply with and be legally bound by these Terms of Service, which constitute a binding legal agreement.hd
Platform Modification
Autoplug reserves the right to modify the Services or the Agreement at any time. Modified terms are posted on the Services and continued use after such changes indicates your agreement to be bound by the updated terms.
Eligibility & Verification
Services are intended for guests who meet eligibility requirements and hosts 18 years or older. Users must provide accurate verification data including a valid National ID and Driver’s License.
Host & Vehicle Requirements
Hosts must ensure vehicles are in good working condition, properly registered, and covered by at least third-party insurance. For most rentals, the host must provide a qualified driver.
Booking & Cancellation
We offer ‘Book Now’ and ‘Bargain’ options. Free cancellation up to 24 hours before the booking start time. Cancellations within 24 hours incur a 50% charge. No-shows are charged the full booking amount.
Payments & Commission
All payments must be made through the platform. Funds are held in escrow and released after successful rental. Commission varies depending on the host’s billing profile.
Liability & Responsibility
Since most rentals include a driver, the host remains primarily responsible for vehicle safety. Clients are liable for damages caused by personal negligence or misuse outside of the driver’s control.
